Froggers, let us know what you use as your main type of lighting!

Feel free to discuss your reasons why you use a specific lighting type and also if you selected other, let us know what that is!

Well I use CFLs on a few, LEDs on a few and now I have T5 HO sunblasters too on my newer setup.
Eventually plan to switch everything over to LED at some point.

I use Led. I have used a lot of the others when I had my reef tanks, but for me LEDs are clean and simple.

I use both T5HO 6500K lights and LED to help cut down on the hydro costs. I also switched from day to night time lighting up the tanks so they are on when hydro is cheaper not on during high demand. Will see how much that saves in $$$. I do find that the T5HO gives the best plant growth.

Exclusively LED on the frogs and now mostly LED on the fish tanks. Plant growth is nuts with LED's

My vivs are in a room with several T5ho plant stands. Maybe it was my mood but when I tried the ExoTerras and Jungle Dawns they just looked off.
My goals are compact growth for the plants and robust Anoles. So 6500k and uvb T5ho.

I have both a Zoo Med Reptisun LED and Finnex 24/7 + on each tank. Seem to be working very well thus far!

I use LEDs the plant growth is so amazing and they fit in all of my racks. They have gotten so cheap over the last few years. I use fixtures, and they have some nice high lumens. If you guys can get these in Canada, go for it. I paid $100 usd shipped 2 years ago. Some of them are $50.
