Thanks guys! Really appreciate it I'm super excited to get this viv planted, have a plant list that seems to change everyday. I do know that I want miniature everything, from bromeliads to orchids... so many great options to choose from, makes my head spin. Beings that my background is so vertically straight, up and down. And the shadows that the plants will cast down to the plants below. I took the advice from a member of a different site and raised the front of the evo something like this. Hoping doing so and going with miniature plants will keep the shadowing to a minimal. Thanks again for the comments guys!
The main lighting in the front is a Green Element evo quad, the other is a VivaGrow DN RGB 24/7 both from the same vendor on ebay.
Duncan hooked me up with a bunch of cuttings, was planning on letting them take and seeing what works and what don't before updating Here's the current plants list so far. Begonia Thelmae Ficus sp. Panama Marcgravia sp Microsorum Pteropus Mini Xmas moss Peperomia Jamesoniana Peperomia Prostrata Peperomia sp. 'Red Stem' Peperomia Rotundifolia Rhaphidophora sp Spirodela Polyrhiza Next week, Microsorum Linguiforme Week after that my order of bromeliads should arrive from Florida And whenever Ecuagenera get my orchids back in stock Masdevallia Floribunda and Dendrobium Parvulum When I start seeing new growth I'll take some close up shots. I know the same angle shots are getting old but when I start getting colour in here I'll work on my photographic skills. Cheers
Quick update, viv is doing great slowly growing in, everything is healthy. Received some Ranitomeya Fantasticas today from erikm. Erik, the frogs look Awesome! Super healthy, and active. It's a great addition to the viv, love being able to spot the orange heads bouncing around all the way from my living couch ☺ It's been a real pleasure dealing with you, highly highly recommended!
