Looks amazing. It will grow in beautifully Great job.
I've featured this thread due to it's sheer awesomeness!
Really appreciate it
I'm super excited to get this viv planted, have a plant list that seems to change everyday. I do know that I want miniature everything, from bromeliads to orchids... so many great options to choose from, makes my head spin.
Beings that my background is so vertically straight, up and down. And the shadows that the plants will cast down to the plants below. I took the advice from a member of a different site and raised the front of the evo something like this. Hoping doing so and going with miniature plants will keep the shadowing to a minimal.
Thanks again for the comments guys!
Wow thanks Erik!
Yeah that is a good idea. Most of my light are on a slight angle as well.
What kind of LED and where did you get it??
The main lighting in the front is a Green Element evo quad, the other is a VivaGrow DN RGB 24/7 both from the same vendor on ebay.
Updated photo please
Duncan hooked me up with a bunch of cuttings, was planning on letting them take and seeing what works and what don't before updating
Here's the current plants list so far.
Ficus sp. Panama
Mini Xmas moss
Peperomia sp. 'Red Stem'
Next week, Microsorum Linguiforme
Week after that my order of bromeliads should arrive from Florida
And whenever Ecuagenera get my orchids back in stock Masdevallia Floribunda and Dendrobium Parvulum
When I start seeing new growth I'll take some close up shots.
I know the same angle shots are getting old but when I start getting colour in here I'll work on my photographic skills.
Think you might be able to send me a link with the vendor?
I present you 'Zarya'
Awesome! Look forward to seeing growth progress photos over the next few months
Really nice job!
