Where did you get all your plants?
Sorry I missed this post, thank you!
I'm not sure which plant you are referring to.
My plants come from a few members here on the site mostly. Either for sale section or contacting people when I see something I like in a post.
No worries! It's the plant in the lower middle/left in the last photo of the 'planting round 2' photo set. It looks pretty similar to a native fern we have out here!
Ah ok I figured that's what you were referring to. I am not sure what fern species it is. Epiphile knows though
It's Polypodium formosanum.
Ya, what he said!
Bit of an update. Most of the plants have rooted well now and are showing new growth. The pair started courting last weekend and laid their first clutch a couple of days ago. Unfortunately the eggs weren't good, but they'll get it soon I'm sure.
Also a photo of the female. Can't open the doors or she bolts, so sorry for the through-glass photo!
only a matter of Time Erik
Not the greatest shot in the world, but the best so far I've got of my nominal fants. This is the female. Shot through glass with no flash. They're definitely challenging me!
Any luck breeding these yet?
Nice timing Carlos. Funny enough I found the male transporting 2 tadpoles this afternoon! I can't get a decent photo because he's tucked into his regular hiding spot.
I'll update if/when I am able to find the tads. Hoping he choses to deposit into one of the 6 film cans and not the bromeliads.
Oh nice. Congrats.
Are they getting any bolder for you?

I see them both every morning and then the female is generally visible throughout most of the day. The male is really shy unless he is calling/courting. I've never been able to get a decent photo of the male since putting them in the viv.
This is as good of a photo as I will get lol!
These tadpoles are massive!
After almost 4 days of transporting I found one tad deposited this morning. It was deposited into a 2oz condiment cup. Pretty happy that he decided to use the cups instead of the bromeliads. I'm pretty sure the other two tads are still being carried around. I don't see them anywhere.
Thst is a great pic of the dad and two tads. Congrats!
Thanks Hard to see but there are 3 tads!
Heard my male calling this evening and took a look. Found his lady climbing up to him at the top of the tank. These guys are really busy now!
Few more weeks to go on the first clutch.
